These principles apply to all mothers, whether you are breastfeeding or not. However, Dr. Lauren is a huge breastfeeding advocate, and wanted breastfeeding mothers to have the knowledge that so often dismissed by a traditional medical approach. All of our content will have information about how it applies to the breastfeeding relationship.
