Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Davis, DO—founder of Latched Nourished Thriving and a mama who’s been exactly where you are.

After struggling with postpartum depletion myself—fatigue, brain fog, food reactivity, and a sensitive baby—I realized that most new moms are handed vague advice and left to figure it out alone.

So I created the program I wish I'd had: a step-by-step recovery system rooted in science, compassion, and real solutions for modern motherhood.
