Our Programs and Courses offer open enrollment, allowing you to begin whenever you require support. Our on-demand videos and resources will help you get started at your convenience. Additionally, you can join our group coaching sessions from anywhere, receiving personalized support. One-on-one consultations require a discovery call before booking.

Are Your Programs Covered by Insurance?

Yes, and no. As a physician providing postpartum education, our courses and programs are HSA and FSA Eligible. However, since I am not your physician, I cannot provide super bills for insurance reimbursement, as they are only for medical services rendered.

Are the programs suitable for mothers who aren’t breastfeeding?

Yes, our programs focus on holistic recovery from postnatal depletion, which includes aspects like hormonal balance, gut healing, detoxification, and mindset work. These principles apply to all mothers, whether you are breastfeeding or not. However, Dr. Lauren is a huge breastfeeding advocate, and wanted breastfeeding mothers to have the knowledge that so often dismissed by a traditional medical approach. All of our content will have information about how it applies to the breastfeeding relationship.
